IP Shopy is looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused
Technical Support Specialist
to join our in-house e-commerce team. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting users, and supporting our platform's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve website or system-related issues
Monitor platform performance and escalate issues as needed
Support backend operations like order processing and integrations
Collaborate with developers, logistics, and customer service teams
Help test and implement new features and updates
Stay updated with system tools and tech improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
1+ year experience in technical support or helpdesk (preferred)
Strong understanding of websites, systems, and basic troubleshooting
Familiarity with HTML, APIs, CMS, or e-commerce tools is a plus
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of computers and online tools
