Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or remote support tools
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, printers, and peripheral devices
Coordinate with the IT team for escalated technical problems
Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined timelines
Assist in system updates, antivirus installation, and data backups
Maintain technical documentation and user support records
Provide basic training and guidance to users for IT tools and systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
0-3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk operations
Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and basic networking concepts
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
