Role Overview
We are looking for an
Technical Support Executive
who can provide technical and functional support for our financial back-office software. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial markets and be able to bridge the gap between client +9requirements and technical solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, client communication, and close coordination with the product and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
technical and functional support
to clients using our back-office software.
Troubleshoot issues related to trade settlement, accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance modules.
Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
Collaborate with the development team to analyze and resolve product-related bugs.
Document issues, solutions, and best practices to build a
knowledge base
.
Train and guide clients on product features, upgrades, and workflows.
Work closely with clients to understand their processes and provide business-focused solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of
financial markets
(equities, derivatives, depository operations, clearing & settlement etc.).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in
application support / product support / financial software support
(preferred).
Familiarity with
databases (SQL queries)
for issue analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms.
Good to Have
Experience with back-office software used by brokers or DPs.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (SEBI, exchanges, depositories).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹245,730.33 - ₹900,000.00 per year
