Position: Technical Support Executive
Industry: Courier / Logistics
Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary:- upto 35k
Key Requirements:
Experience in technical support within the courier/logistics industry
Hands-on knowledge of courier software (booking, tracking, POD, billing, MIS)
Ability to troubleshoot application and basic system issues
Understanding of shipment lifecycle and branch operations
Basic SQL and MS Excel knowledge preferred
Role Summary:
Provide day-to-day technical support to operations and branch teams
Resolve software and data-related issues and coordinate with vendors if required
