Background to the Role
One of our Business Division specialises in Installation, Warranty and Post-warranty Services for IT / OA, AV products (including Interactive Large Format Displays, Kiosks, Digital Signages, LED Televisions, Projection Systems, Conference Room Solutions etc.)
The current role on offer is for
Customer Support Engineers
who have strong techno-operational experience of working on similar products from our office in South Delhi.
The Roles and Responsibilities:
Your primary role will be to support Customers, Field Technicians and be a bridge between the Customer, Distributor / Systems Integrator, Client, Company and other stakeholders to deliver services within the SLAs. The services may be Installation, Demo, Training, Warranty Services, Post-warranty Repairs etc.
The role will start from Call Login to final closure including identifying hardware and software issues and troubleshoot technical issues as may be there
You will also be responsible for Evaluation and prioritisation of customer support cases so as to Maintaining the SLA with the customer for long term engagement
You will also resolve the issues or give inputs on the alternate methods of solving the issue
The role may also require travelling outside the country for delivery of field services including Onsite Installations / Repairs as well as for technical training at Client locations in or outside the country.
The work situations will be under pressure with tight timelines and achieving service performances meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Having a minimum of 3 years of experience exclusively in the Installation and Field Repair Services of IT / OA and AV products in a highly professional environment
Should be technically strong to troubleshoot breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services remotely as well at customer sites.
Flexible to travel anywhere in India and abroad in case of any projects requirement.
Has excellent communications skills in English including with international clients
Must have a Valid passport.
Other Notes:
Education: Ideally an Electronics Engineering Graduate or a Diploma Holder
Experience: Minimum 3 years of similar experience with proven performances
