Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and video management software via phone, email, or remote support.
Perform remote CCTV health checks and triage reactive support calls.
Provide high-quality technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring clarity and professional service.
Work closely with field technicians and sales/support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
Conduct routine maintenance, end-of-service checks, firmware updates, and ensure system compliance.
Check HDD health and record statuses in DVRs/NVRs monthly.
Assist with IP/analog camera configuration, network setup, and integration during installations.
Log all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system or CRM.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for internal teams and customers.
