Technical Supporter

We are seeking a

dedicated Technical Supporter

to provide timely assistance to our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure smooth operation of systems, and deliver excellent customer support. BCA, MCA, B .Tech Is an Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to technical queries from clients and internal staff promptly Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems Document technical issues and solutions accurately Escalate complex issues to senior IT or management teams Provide training and guidance to end-users when required

Requirements:



Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Prior experience in technical support is a plus

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows/Mac systems Familiarity with common software applications and office tools Customer service mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
