Phenom People is a rapidly growing software company that is revolutionizing the way companies attract, engage, and retain top talent. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer, CX to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
As a Technical Support Engineer, CX, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients who use our revolutionary recruitment software, RX. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing guidance and training to our clients on how to best utilize our software.
What You'll Do:
xe2x97x8f Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
xe2x97x8f Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our recruitment software, CX
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues
xe2x97x8f Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our software effectively
xe2x97x8f Document and track all technical support requests and resolutions in our system
xe2x97x8f Continuously monitor and improve the overall performance and stability of our software
xe2x97x8f Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in recruitment technology
What You've Done:
xe2x97x8f Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
xe2x97x8f Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the software industry
xe2x97x8f Should have intermediate HTML, CSS, API and JavaScript knowledge
xe2x97x8f You are a critical thinker, quick learner, and can adapt in an agile fast paced environment
xe2x97x8f Should excel in troubleshooting and demonstrate curiosity in all aspects of problem solving
xe2x97x8f Should be passionate about Web design, Content Management System (CMS), self help, technical documentation and have a deep understanding about Knowledge Centered Service (KCS)
xe2x97x8f Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and processes
xe2x97x8f Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
xe2x97x8f Ability to work independently and in a team environment
xe2x97x8f Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
xe2x97x8f Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
xe2x97x8f Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
