- Providing remote support on the Layer-2 Ethernet Devices.
- Helping out customers with the installation and setup of Layer-2 Ethernet Devices.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Handle all the technical related query of the client and provide them on time support.
- Good communications
Should have knowledge of VLANs, Switching, SubNet Masking.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduate + CCNA
Salary :- Upto 2.00 LPA
