We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled

Infrastructure Support Engineer

to join our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support, including hardware, networking, and systems administration. This role requires a strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain core IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for infrastructure-related issues (hardware, networking, systems). Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, and backups. Respond promptly to internal support requests via email, calls, or ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues, printer configurations, and system performance problems. Perform installation and configuration of operating systems, hardware, and software. Coordinate with vendors for IT asset maintenance and replacements. Maintain endpoint security, antivirus systems, and patch management. Keep accurate documentation of issues, solutions, inventory, and maintenance logs. Assist in system audits, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades. Support the setup and configuration of devices for new joiners and relocations. Willing to travel to other branches or locations when required for infrastructure support.

Qualifications

Any UG/PG Degree with strong computer and networking knowledge. 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Support. Good understanding of desktop/laptop hardware, printers, routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Basic knowledge of server and network monitoring tools. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure situations. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support team members as needed.
