About The Job We’re looking for Technical Support Engineer Second Line to participate in the development of WLCI Team.
Responsibilities:

• Reception and processing of reverse tasks from internal teams
• Escalation of tickets to Engineers of the Card Processing Team
• Online monitoring of the in-house card-processing system
• Analysis of system events - system logs, etc.
• Performing and automation of routine procedures: file exchange, running of system scheduled tasks
• Setting up emulators of payment systems

• Experience in supporting card processing systems at least two years
• Knowledge of the principles of Card Processing Operations of the authorization and clearing part
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce systems, E-com card methods: EMV 3-D secure, COF, VTS/MDES, etc
• Linux - confident user
• PL/SQL - writing simple CRUD queries
• Knowledge of the HTTP protocol of the application layer, experience with the web service

• Knowledge of card technologies: EMV, PayWave, magnetic cards, Thales, etc.
• Experience with BPC SmartVista solution
• Knowledge of the ISO-8583 protocol
• Experience with Oracle Weblogic
