Looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Remote) | Preferred Location: India/Bangalore

Location: Remote (India/Bangalore Preferred)
Experience Level: 2 to 8 years
Industry Experience: Software Product, eCommerce, SaaS, AI Tech
Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert support for our cutting-edge products. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, working to resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across OLTP databases (SQL, Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.), NoSQL databases (elasticsearch, mongodb, redis, Cassandra, etc.), and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Work hands-on with container-based technologies such as Linux, Docker, and various SaaS platforms.
- Manage and implement APIs within large enterprise environments.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in a technical support role, with direct customer-facing experience.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in container-based technology stacks and databases, with a solid grasp of APIs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: A quick and confident problem-solver who can handle complex technical queries.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Splunk.
- Comfort with technical acronyms and terms, without needing clarification.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
