Roles & Responsibilities:

Daily report generation using dashboard and making consolidated summary from customer site. Ticket follow up and resolution from customer site. All kinds of maintenance support to customer support. Follow up with the appropriate team for issue resolution."

Requirements:

Maintenance process Knowledge Good coordination /collaboration Basic Automation knowledge Hands on experience with Excel Good Analytical skills

Good to Have:

Exposure to Linux ROS Knowledge Min.1 yr Automation industry experience

Eligible Candidates:

Desired Qualification: BE or graduation in relevant field Work Experience: 0-2 Years
