Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LED display systems and related products.
Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of display boards at client sites.
Diagnose hardware/software faults and resolve customer issues on time.
Coordinate with the production and service teams for quick issue resolution.
Prepare service reports and maintain support documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical field.
1-3 years of experience in technical support or field service (preferred).
Basic knowledge of electrical connections, and communication protocols.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for client support if needed.
