Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced
Technical Support Engineer (L2)
who will handle escalations, deliver advanced troubleshooting support, and ensure smooth IT operations for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with servers, networks, Microsoft technologies, and IT infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Act as the escalation point for L1 support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, desktops, and business applications.
Support Office 365, email services, and cloud-based applications.
Network & Security:
Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and ensure network uptime.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, security alerts, and performance issues.
Server & Infrastructure:
Virtualization experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
Backup monitoring and disaster recovery operations.
Perform patch updates, periodic maintenance, and system health checks.
Client Coordination & Reports:
Provide on-site and remote support to clients.
Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for advanced issues.
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience
as L2 Support / System Engineer / IT Support Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and IT infrastructure.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/VPN).
Familiarity with Cisco/Fortinet/SonicWall devices preferred.
Experience with O365 management and basic Azure administration is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

CCNA / CCNP
MCSA / MCSE
ITIL Foundation
