Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from users seeking technical support or assistance with service-related issues.
Provide effective, clear, and professional communication
Manage multiple calls simultaneously and maintain a high level of service quality.
Provide step-by-step guidance to users on troubleshooting methods
Educational Qualification:
ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (BCA)
