Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field. Additional certifications in networking, system administration, or CCTV systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain new camera systems and related equipment. Provide technical support to customers and control room operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cameras, HDDs, and alarm sensors. Support system and hardware installations, OS upgrades, and network troubleshooting. Assist in sound and screening system setup and maintenance. Handle printer installation, issue resolution, and branch-level printer support. Maintain accurate documentation for major issues and future reference. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a positive and professional attitude. Take initiative to improve service quality and technical processes.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of CCTV, sound systems, and networking. Experience with camera installations, HDD upgrades, and alarm systems. Proficiency in Windows OS installation, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with printer setup, maintenance, and network support. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with discipline and good attitude. Commitment to continuous skill development and teamwork.
