Roles and Responsibilities:

Ideally come from the electronics industry. Hands-on experience in PCB-level troubleshooting is a key requirement. AV Tech support - online tech support and offline tech support. product troubleshooting and product testing.


Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Applications or equivalent is mandatory Preferably 4-8 years' experience in handling technical profile. Should have comprehensive knowledge of the technologies in the industry like Audio Visual technologies, Networking & IP technologies. Knowledge of Unified communication will be added advantage. Certifications like CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, any Audio-visual technology certification, CCNA and any other networking certifications are preferred. Should have good written and oral communication in English language. Should be self-learner, motivator and ability to learn technologies or product functioning on regular basis Good communication & interpersonal skills are mandatory Should have good presentation skills and ability to deliver trainings/ present concepts & product info to group of people across various forums
