Technical support handling Skill Set * Strong technical aptitude & troubleshooting skills
- Good oral and written communication skill in English language
- Must have experience of computer assembly, hardware setup & software installation. Having built their own PC as a hobby would be an advantage
- Must have experience in Microsoft Operating systems and drivers. Familiarity with Linux is an asset.
- Enthusiasm & knowledge in PC gaming is an asset
- Must be able to work under time pressure
- Must have a working home PC/laptop and a fast internet connection
