We are hiring a

Technical Support Engineer

with

1+ years of experience

in

desktop, network, and software support

. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, basic network support, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Desktop/laptop setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting Network support - LAN/WAN, internet issues, basic configurations Software installation, updates, and technical issue resolution Provide timely support to users and maintain documentation Coordinate with vendors or senior teams for escalated issues

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in IT/Technical Support Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking Good communication and problem-solving skills
