About the Role

We are hiring a

Technical Support Engineer

for our client company to assist with

computer hardware, software, basic networking, and CCTV installation & maintenance

. This is a

field-based role

involving client visits and hands-on technical work.

This position is ideal for candidates who want

practical IT exposure and long-term growth in system support roles

.

What You Will Learn & Do (Training Provided)

Desktop & laptop assembly and troubleshooting OS installation (Windows, basic Linux) Basic networking setup (IP configuration, routers, file sharing) CCTV installation, DVR/NVR configuration, and maintenance On-site technical support for clients Maintaining service and repair logs

Requirements

Basic computer hardware/software knowledge Interest in learning networking and CCTV systems Good communication skills with clients and team members Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license Willingness to travel to client locations in and around Coimbatore
