We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our software and ERP systems.Location: Thane, MumbaiAbout the Employer: A premier management consulting firm delivering strategic, technology-driven solutions across diverse industries.Key Responsibilities: * Deliver end-to-end support and maintenance for ERP and TOC applications.

• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving SQL/PostgreSQL, Python, IIS, and Excel.
• Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements.

Key Requirements: * Proficient in SQL and PostgreSQL for database management and issue resolution.

• Skilled in Python for automation and scripting tasks.
• Hands-on experience with IIS for web application support.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
