Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer - API & Integrations, you will be responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with troubleshooting API integrations, marketplace connections, and technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in 3rd party SaaS API, experience working with third-party marketplace/Social medias/WordPress APIs, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for customers and partners integrating with Corefactors APIs and marketplace connections. Troubleshoot API-related issues, including authentication, rate limits, data mapping, and performance bottlenecks. Analyze and resolve 3rd party integration errors, ensuring data synchronization and compliance. Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for API integrations and troubleshooting. Assist in testing and validating new API features and regular updates to ensure seamless functionality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in technical support for a SaaS company (CRM domain preferrable). Good/Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integrations with third-party platforms. Familiarity with API management tools and platforms (e.g., Postman) Familiarity with marketplaces, social media, WordPress systems and integrations. Experience with debugging tools, API monitoring, and log analysis. While this isn't a developer role, some experience in coding is helpful - a basic knowledge of some programming languages like Python or Java is a plus. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.) is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
