Technical Support Engineer

to support and demonstrate

advanced access control and building management solutions

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for

Access Control Systems

and

Building Management Software (BMS)

. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components. Perform

basic network setup

(IP addressing, switches, routers, firewalls). Assist with

on-site project implementation, commissioning, and testing

. Conduct

customer training sessions and product demonstrations

. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely support and solutions. Travel frequently to client sites for support and demos.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in

Electrical/Electronics,Science, IT, or related field.

Minimum 3

+ years of experience

in technical support for Access Control Systems or Building Management Software. Hands-on experience with

advanced access control systems

(controllers, readers, biometric devices, etc.). Strong understanding of

basic networking

. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel

extensively for site visits and client meetings.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of

BMS integration protocols

(Modbus, BACnet, OPC). Experience with

CCTV, Intrusion Detection, or other Security Systems

. Familiarity with

databases and Windows /Linux server environments

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
