to provide timely support and ensure smooth operations of our business-critical software at the Thrissur admin office . The role involves troubleshooting, software installation, configuration, user training, and client support, particularly for POS, inventory, and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve software issues, system errors, and user-related problems via phone, email, remote access, or onsite visits.
Install, configure, and update POS, inventory, and finance software; ensure integration with hardware like barcode scanners, printers, and weighing scales.
Train staff on software usage, daily operations, and reporting tools; prepare manuals and FAQs.
Support inventory and finance workflows including stock tracking, billing, ledgers, and GST/VAT reporting.
Manage data migration, backups, and database maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Maintain strong client communication and provide prompt, accurate support.
Document recurring errors and create technical guides for internal and client use.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in software support, preferably with POS, inventory, or finance systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and training skills.

Knowledge of NEBU software or similar jewelry industry software.is added a
