Job Description

Introduction
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Help Desk Executive to provide first-level support to users experiencing technical issues. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of computer systems, and a passion for helping others.
Your role and responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems.
  • Log and track issues using ticketing tools and ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Provide step-by-step assistance to customers for basic IT support needs.
  • Guide users through installation processes, password resets, connectivity issues, etc.
  • Maintain records of issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues
Required education
Pre-University Qualification
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, internet connectivity, and common hardware.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English/Hindi].
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Any technical certification (e.g., A+, N+, or basic IT diploma) is a plus.
  • Experience in a BPO or IT help desk environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts, if applicable)
  • 6-day working week
