Job Description

We are seeking a

Technical Customer Support Executive

with experience in providing remote support for

thermal printer installations

. The ideal candidate will assist customers via

calls, WhatsApp, and AnyDesk

, helping them configure and troubleshoot printers on Windows and Android systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Remotely install and configure thermal receipt printers via AnyDesk. Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for setting up USB/LAN printers. Troubleshoot printing issues on Windows, Android, and billing software platforms. Maintain professional communication through phone and WhatsApp. Record issues and solutions for internal documentation. Educate users on printer usage and basic maintenance. Prior experience in

thermal printer support or technical customer service

. Good understanding of USB/LAN printer configuration. Familiarity with AnyDesk, remote desktop tools, and basic networking. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to handle multiple support tickets efficiently. Basic knowledge of Android billing apps (e.g., Vyapar, myBillBook) is a plus.

Preferred Candidate:



Background in IT hardware, customer support, or printer sales/service. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
