An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate should be a B.E. / B.Tech with Minimum 4+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role with strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel. He stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Competencies:

  • He will be handling Project & administrative tasks and improving existing processes or even create entirely new processes.
  • This role is key to efficient and smooth operation of the Technical Back Office Teams. This is an exciting role were dealing with unexpected situations and time sensitive tasks is part of the day-to-day business.
  • Ensure timely procurement of personal protective equipment and work attire for team members.
  • Manage the ordering process for necessary tools and equipment.
  • Support in Process Improvement, Creation, Implementation, and Documentation
  • Assist in Technical Incident Handling Support
  • Coordinate the shipping and tracking of materials and tools
