Technical Supervisor - Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily technical operations and ensure smooth functioning of equipment and systems Lead, guide, and monitor technicians and junior engineers on site Plan, assign, and track preventive and breakdown maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPs Inspect installations, repairs, and maintenance work for quality and reliability Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions Maintain records of maintenance logs, checklists, and technical reports Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and OEMs for repairs and AMC activities Ensure availability of tools, spares, and consumables Support audits, inspections, and management reviews Train technicians on equipment handling, safety practices, and new technologies Assist in energy optimization, cost control, and efficiency improvement initiatives Escalate critical issues to the Facility/Engineering Manager with solutions
