We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to take care of all maintenance and technical work in the mall. This role includes handling electrical, HVAC (air conditioning), plumbing, fire safety systems, and general maintenance. The person will ensure that all systems are working properly and safely at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Look after daily technical operations such as electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other building systems.
Plan and carry out regular maintenance and repair work to avoid breakdowns.
Keep records of maintenance work, equipment details, and reports.
Help in planning repair work, upgrades, and improvement projects.
Ensure safety rules and legal requirements are followed, including fire safety and emergency systems.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repair and maintenance work.
Handle emergency breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime.
Support tenant fit-outs and renovation work and ensure they follow mall technical guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance (MEP), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Good knowledge of air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Experience working in a mall or cinema will be an added advantage.
