Supervise daily shift operations and maintenance of automated coconut water processing & packaging lines, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and equipment uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly oversee 2-3 operators/technicians per shift in operating processing equipment: extraction units, duplex/magnetic filters, storage/chilling tanks and refrigeration system
Monitor production line parameters: flow rate, chilling, filling accuracy, and retort cycles
Perform first-level troubleshooting on pumps, pneumatic systems, VFDs, and PLC/HMI interfaces
Execute CIP operations using automated system and ensure hygiene compliance
Conduct shift handovers, production reporting, and basic preventive maintenance tasks
Enforce safety protocols and ISO22000/HACCP/GMP standards across work areas
Qualifications:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology
3-5 years in food/beverage processing, preferably with filling/packaging lines
Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and basic PLC operations
Ability to read P&ID diagrams and equipment manuals
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts (including nights/weekends) as per production plan
