7. Lifts and escalators

8. Civil work

9. Shop fitout

10. Vendor management

11. AMC tracking

12. Reports & MIS

13. MSEDCL liason for shops meter application and related work

14. IT setup (limited liabilities)

15. BMS & CCTV operation

16. Fire Fighting wet and dry setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,834.28 - ₹27,000.00 per month
