Objective

Lead execution of concrete flooring projects end-to-end--ensuring timely, high-quality delivery through smart planning, contractor/labor management, innovation, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
Plan, schedule, and manage industrial/commercial flooring projects from start to finish.

2. Contractor Management
Identify, onboard, supervise, and resolve issues with flooring contractors.

3. Labor & Time Optimization
Allocate labor effectively, boost productivity, and manage on-site workforce challenges.

4. Technical Oversight & Quality Control
Approve mix designs, ensure FF/FL standards, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot technical issues.

5. Innovation & Product Development
Introduce new materials, joint systems, and surface treatments aligned with market trends.

6. Market Research & Competitive Insights
Track industry shifts, support BD teams, and offer competitive technical solutions.

7. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the technical point of contact; manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.

8. Budgeting & Cost Control
Assist in budgeting, track actuals vs estimates, and implement cost-saving strategies.

9. Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to site safety norms and regulatory guidelines; promote a safety-first culture.

Profile Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in industrial/commercial concrete flooring execution.
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Civil or related field.
Skills: Strong project management, contractor/labor handling, technical acumen, client coordination.
Industry: Flooring industry - Epoxy and PU coating mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
