Salesforce Technical

7-8 years of design and development experience in Salesforce Good understanding of the overall platform and preferably various clouds - Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, FSL, FSC Develops Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using Lightning framework (LWC and Aura), Visual Force, and the Apex coding language Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and engagements from a technical standpoint Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Clouds Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce platform Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices and Integration Technologies. Perform code reviews and technical oversight Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative manner both internally and with clients Preferred to hold Salesforce certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I / Developer II / Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and others * Experience with deployment tools and methodologies - Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, change sets
