Job Description

Job Title: Technical Specialist (VDI)
Location: Remote (US Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM EST)
Experience: 8+ years IT infrastructure, 4+ years VMware Horizon & Omnissa Horizon expertise
Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage VMware Horizon infrastructure in large environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve VDI and Horizon user issues
• Create and maintain HLD, LLD, and solution documentation
• Automate daily operations using scripting and log analysis
• Administer Windows Servers and hyper-converged infrastructure
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge sharing

Required Skills:

• Expertise in VMware Horizon, Omnissa WorkspaceONE Access, DEM, and IDM integrations
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure), ESXi, vSphere, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
• VMware VCAP/VCIX and AWS/Azure certifications preferred
• Excellent communication and English proficiency
• Willingness to work US shifts and on-call rotations

Education:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, MCA, MCM, or relevant field
