: - Key Technical Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 15+ years in embedded systems development required. Expertise in FreeRTOS: Mandatory hands-on configuration, porting, optimization, and architectural experience. Programming Language: Expert proficiency in Embedded C. Python scripting knowledge is a plus. Microcontrollers: Strong background with ARM Cortex-M/A architecture (e.g., STM32, NXP), including hardware bring-up. Peripherals: Experience developing drivers for I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Wi-Fi, and BLE. Tools: Proficiency with JTAG/SWD debuggers, oscilloscopes, Git, and standard IDEs (e.g., STM32CubeIDE, Keil, IAR). IoT Knowledge: Experience with security implementation (OTA updates, secure boot), system architecture, and cloud integration is highly valued.

Responsibilities Summary:

Architect, develop, and debug robust embedded firmware for enterprise-level products. Lead the integration and optimization of FreeRTOS on target hardware platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and cloud teams on strategic product integration. Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for firmware development. Analyzes equipment and conducts experimental tests to establish operating data. Performs engineering duties including manufacturing planning and the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical apparatus to ensure that projects are completed on-time and as per the defined goals. Determines material and equipment needs and orders supplies to ensure sufficient resources for project completion. Develops or performs operational, maintenance, or testing procedures for electronic products, components, equipment, or systems to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering processes. Manage activities for the manufacture, construction, installation, maintenance, operation, or modification of electronic equipment, products, or systems to ensure smooth operations. Prepares, reviews or maintains maintenance schedules, design documentation, or operational reports and charts to ensure that progress and performance can be tracked. Resolves day-to-day technical problems on the production lines to minimize disruption. Troubleshoots electrical device problems to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently. Designs, fabricates, modifies, and evaluates electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry for use in other equipment and devices.

Minimum Requirements

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work University Degree or equivalent or A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
