System Resource monitoring, management and log file interpretation. Must be Strong in Backup and Recover Procedures. Veritas Cluster Implementations, up-gradation/migration/trouble shooting in Linux. Hands on experience in handling Linux OS Clusters. Network configurations, ROUTE, NIC bonding, Bridging, etc. Experience on configuring Storage on Linux & Good understanding HBA configuration and Multi-path software's, NAS, SAN, iSCSI, etc. Should have worked on OEM Servers and coordination with OEM for hardware and Operating system related issues. Work Experience on Linux Security - TCPwrapper, IPtables and SELinux. Experience on Opensource Virtualization, LDAP services will be a value add. Knowledge about Webmin, ILO, DRAC, cPanel, etc. Should have expertise to write scripts for critical activities in shell scripting. Ansible, Perl and Python are advantages. Cluster fail-over Drill, DR drill, Restoration drill, etc. Experience in NTP, NFS, NIS, Sendmail, SMTP, DHCP, Samba, CIFS, Postfix, FTP, VSFTP, DNS, Apache/Tomcat, etc. Problem Determination and Resolution. System Hardening, Security audit, Security baseline, VAPT and Performance fine tuning. VMWare, ESXi, RHEVM, KVM, OVM/OVS, etc. will be an additional advantage. Should be familiar with Networking stuff and tools like IPCS, TOP, tcpdump, nmap, Wireshark, SSH, Telnet, SMTP, netstat, etc. Experience in ITIL Process flow. Handing Major Incidents, Customer Escalations, Identifying root cause & Preparing RCA, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various projects and operational needs. Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. Strong work experience in Veritas Clusters. Experience in Ansible playbook creation, roles and managing the AAP. Experience in Redhat Satellite environment. (1.)
