Qualification and Experience required

Strong knowledge of various web security, Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security, email security & endpoint security tools & techniques Hands-on experience with implementation of web security, Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security, email security & endpoint security technologies across enterprise A high-level understanding of multi-tiered applications and various network and security devices/protocols A high-level understanding of security aspects of Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix Ability to handle, resolve web security, Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security, email security & endpoint security incidents minimizing impact Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required. Possess the ability to effectively present ideas, and properly describe problems and propose solutions. Experience in building and maintaining high performance team of analysts Bachelor's or master's degree in or equivalent experience in industry related discipline

Key Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for overall management of web security, Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security, email security & endpoint security solutions such as ZTNA, Proxy, DLP, Email, CASB & Data Classification across organization. Responsible for managing Third party risk management program of the organization Experience in handling key activities of audit life cycle: scoping / planning / reporting / QA and issues tracking Develop & manage governance framework for various aspects of web security, Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security, email security & endpoint security, policy, processes and SOPs for effective working on entire function Interact with business functions to identify their data protection requirements (including GDPR), analyze them and propose effective solutions Assess and review web security, Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security, email security & endpoint security challenges with respect to applications, device an approach & governance to effectively protect the same Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security products. Responsible for risk assessments/audits for internal and regulatory requirements. Work closely with international locations for rolling out Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security solutions, governance & policies Develop & manage support team for Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring Ensure compliance to SLAs, maintaining metrics, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives Continuous coordination with external auditors, vendors, and business teams to create audit plan and conduct vendor assessments Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for Web Securtiy, Data Security, Email Security & Endpoint Security operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required. Possess the ability to effectively present ideas, and properly describe problems and propose solutions.
