Job Category: Applied R&DDegree Level: Bachelor's Degree:As a Technical Specialist, you will contribute to the testing and validation of EMS/NMS or OSS solutions, ensuring high-quality network management products. you will define test strategies, develop comprehensive test plans, automate test cases, and conduct thorough debugging. Your expertise in RHEL/Unix, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud security, and databases (Oracle, HDFS, Spark, Hive QL) will be essential for efficient system verification. Strong knowledge of OTN, DWDM, SDH/SONET, Ethernet, and GMPLS transport protocols will support seamless network testing. This role requires problem-solving skills, proficiency in Python/Java/SQL, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Responsibilities:

• A strong individual contributor with testing experience in EMS/NMS or OSS.
• Experience in defining test strategy, writing exhaustive test plans, and automating test cases.
• Very good knowledge of RHEL (or Unix-based) operating systems, with an ability to write scripts.
• Knowledge and work experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud-native architecture, and cloud security.
• Good domain knowledge of OTN, DWDM, SDH/SONET, Ethernet, and GMPLS transport protocols.
• Conducts tests, analyzes and diagnoses results, and reports bugs.
• Database: Experience in Oracle or equivalent database systems.
• Knowledge of Hadoop File System (HDFS), Spark, and Hive QL.

Qualifications:You have:

• Bachelor's degree 5 to 10 years' experience.
• Hands-on experience with software tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and MS Office.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.
• Expertise in networking technologies, including DWDM, CWDM, SONET, OTN, Ethernet, IP, and GMPLS.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies for web-based and client-server applications, with experience using Jira or equivalent tools.
