Position Summary: This role will be responsible for end-to-end business development and sales activities, including lead generation and conversion, building sales proposals, and closing leads and contracts to increase new and existing business for Myrtha Pools in India. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the business development activities in the target market. Generate strong leads and convert them towards sales and business targets. Understand technical project requirements and co-ordinate with the technical team in HQ to build proposals and offer techno-commercial solutions. Responsible for closing the contract both from a technical and commercial perspective, complete handover of the project, and payments. Continuously build and leverage a strong network of relevant stakeholders. Work with relevant stakeholders to improve the overall standards in building Swimming Pools. Essential Skills: Graduate with min. 3 years of Sales experience Experience in technical solution selling or Project sales will be an advantage. Experience in preparing costing & sales quotations. Experience in Capital Expenditure business preferably in Construction, Heavy Engineering or Sports will be an advantage. Good communication skills along with working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel,PowerPoint Willing to travel frequently. Work Location: Bengaluru
