About the Role
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Technical Solution Writer with a programming background who can partner with clients to develop tailored technical solutions. This role requires not only strong writing expertise but also hands-on technical knowledge to assist clients in writing and designing solution code or workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client needs and technical implementation by creating clear, practical, and solution-driven content.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their technical challenges and assist in crafting solution-oriented programming content and workflows.
• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, solution guides, process workflows, and sample code snippets or pseudocode where needed.
• Translate complex technical and programming concepts into clear, audience-friendly content that can guide clients in solution development.
• Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and product managers to capture requirements and co-develop technical narratives and solution prototypes.
• Develop proposal-ready solution documents, white papers, case studies, and presentations that include programming insights and implementation guidance.
• Ensure all content aligns with organizational standards, branding, and compliance requirements.
• Continuously update documentation and solution materials based on client feedback, system changes, and new technical trends.
• Contribute actively to solution design discussions by providing practical, well-documented content with a focus on programming feasibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proven programming experience and ability to write or assist with code-level solution development.
• 10-15 years of experience in technical writing, solution documentation, or proposal writing with a demonstrated ability to translate programming concepts into clear content.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise solutions, and technical architectures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, documentation tools, collaboration platforms, and familiarity with programming environments or scripting languages.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
