Position Overview:

Working as an integral part of Agile development team, this role will require close and continuous collaboration with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and fellow team members to translate user stories and functional requirements into reliable & secure IT solutions for our Oracle EBS ecosystem. We embrace Agile principles and value collaboration, transparency and delivering business value. The role is to deliver development services to customize, extend and connect Oracle EBS with on premise and SaaS applications.

Oracle EBS modules include Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA, Projects) and Supply Chain (Order Management, Shipping, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning)

Responsibilities:

• Leads software development activities for team of 5-10 employee and contract resources
• Understands business applications and is responsible to analyze, design, develop, test and implement new solutions or enhancements to existing components
• Conceptualize technical design options, identify the best option
• Design, develop, unit test, and deploy FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows) objects in Oracle EBS using various Oracle tools such as: Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Creates detailed documentation to define, manage, and deliver the solution
• Participates in Scrum rituals such as daily stand ups and team meetings
• Adheres to development standards and technical delivery process, strives for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 8 or more years of experience and knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite Release 12
• Strong skills with Oracle technology stack such as SQL, PLSQL, Oracle APEX, BI publisher, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms/Reports
• Experience in one or more of the following is a plus

• Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
• Data exchange and transformation such as JSON, XML, SFTP
• Automated testing frameworks such as Jmeter, SOAP UI, utPLSQL
• Experience implementing, designing and enforcing project management methodology and controls
• Experience with Agile is a plus
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adaptable to work on new platforms
• Knowledgeable in secure coding practices
• Effective communication skills, presenting, listening, and informing
