The Network Engineer will provide operational support for various network technologies deployed in customer environments which includes data center, remote locations. They will work closely with all stakeholders including designers, 3rd parties OEM and customers to ensure network operations are carried out smoothly providing seamless network connectivity. They need to perform technical triage of incidents, provide solutions to problem tickets, provide implementation support. They should be aware of ITIL processes, acceptance into service process. Should actively participate in service improvement activities.
Technical Requirements:

• Experience in implementation, operations and maintaining network infrastructure at different scales (LAN/WAN/WLAN/NAC)
• Experience with various networking technology, including Switching (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper), Enterprise Wireless (Cisco & Meraki), NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Forti Authenticator), IPAM DDI solutions (Infoblox)
• Understanding of network architecture for Data Center and Remote locations such as offices, factories, warehouses etc.
• CCNA, CCNP, CMNO, PCNSE, PCNSA, NSE4, certifications or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of networking and security products, solutions, and services, Network security tools and networking concepts such as routers, switches, wireless APs, wireless survey tools, firewalls, Zero trust solutions, and IPAM DDI.
• Network automation and management using Cisco DNA Center or Catalyst Center.
• Hands-on experience on Cisco Viptela or Aruba Silver peak
• Hands-on on one of Palo Alto, Checkpoints, Cisco Firepower FTD, Fortinet
• Knowledge on Cisco ACI, VMWare NSX-T is an added plus.
• Create Work Instructions, SOPs, knowledge articles for the operation team.
• Understanding of Routing between L3 devices and VMware support configuration using NSX
• Knowledge and experience on Cloud networks (Azure preferred)

• L3 dynamic routing (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
• L2 - Switching concepts, Nexus, STP, VLAN, VxLAN, stacking, FEX etc.
• Troubleshooting network problems and outages
• Operational background (ITIL processes, network operations and support)
• Aptitude to provide service improvements.
• Scripting skills - Python or Ansible.
