Job Summary:

You will be responsible for training BUS Air Conditioning / Transport / HCV / LCV - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technicians in the HVAC industry. This role involves developing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, providing technical support, collaborating with management, and maintaining documentation and reporting & deliver comprehensive training programs for technicians

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for technicians. Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate hands-on sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques. Assess and Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor trainee progress and adjust programs based on feedback. Technical Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and stay updated on HVAC technologies. Collaboration and Coordination: Work with management to understand training needs and coordinate schedules. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of activities and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications: :-

B.E :- Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical - Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
