Position : Technical Service Executive

Location : Mumbai

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field (preferred).

2 to 7 years of experience

in sales support, technical services, or applications in the adhesives industry.

Experience with field visits, client interaction, and product troubleshooting

Provide technical support and solutions to clients for Adhesives.

Assist the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales technical activities.

Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for clients.

Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with R&D and production teams for product development and troubleshooting.

Support the team in achieving sales targets through technical inputs and guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
