We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support and services to our industrial automation customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLC, SCADA, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Design, install, and commission industrial automation systems
- Conduct site visits for installation, commissioning, and maintenance
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal teams
- Stay updated with latest technologies and trends in industrial automation
