Job Description

- Technical Support Engineer



Provide technical support for barcode printers, scanners, and handheld devices. Assist customers with device installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting. Handle service calls through phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits. Record all service activities accurately in the service entry web application.. Provide basic tagging and labeling support during customer asset tracking projects. Conduct product demos and basic end-user training sessions for customers. Coordinate warranty, service repair, and product replacement requests with vendors. Travel within Kerala for on-site service support as required.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science. 1-3 years' experience in technical application supported in B2B environment. The ability to repair machines Aanalytical thinking skills and problem solving skill. Knowledge of computer operating systems and hardware
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
