We are looking for a skilled

Technical Service Engineer

to join our growing solar energy team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, installation assistance, and after-sales service for solar PV systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, field experience, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support for solar PV systems Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, and BOS Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar projects Perform system inspections, testing, and performance analysis Coordinate with installation teams and project managers Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally Prepare service reports and documentation Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Experience Required:

1-3 years

of experience in the

solar / renewable energy industry

Hands-on experience with solar PV systems, inverters, and troubleshooting Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Good understanding of solar system design and components Ability to work independently in the field Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to travel to project sites as required
