Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Configuration:
i)Setting up and configuring new printing equipment, including hardware and software, to ensure optimal performance. 2. Troubleshooting & Repair:
i)Diagnosing and resolving electrical malfunctions in printers, copiers, scanners, and other related devices.
ii)Replace defective parts & ensure proper functioning of devices.
3. Preventative Maintenance:
i)Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment & ensure compliance with safety standards & regulations.
ii)Maintain accurate records of repairs & services recorded.
4. Technical Support
:
i)Providing technical assistance to customers, both on-site and remotely, to resolve printing issues and answer questions.
ii)Offer pre & post installation support and system optimization.
5.Training:
i)Provide proper training to customers at the time of installation in regards of proper operation & maintenance of printing equipment to minimize errors & optimize performance.
ii)Provide broachers to the client for more clarification regarding how to use it along with particular product & service features.
6. Documentation:
i)Maintain proper detail of each customer at the time of exhibition, in-person or remote meeting in regards of their interest of purchase, service request & resolution in ticketing system for clear communication with team members & customer in future as well.
ii)Maintain spare parts inventory register & ensuring timely ordering of replacement parts.
7. Up gradation & Modifications
:
i)Stay updated with latest technology, software updates & industry best practices in printers.
8. Collaboration:
i)Working with other team members, such as sales and support staff, to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
ii)Build strong relationships with clients through professional support.
iii)Provide feedback to sales and product teams based on customer input
9. Report Preparation:
i)Preparing reports on service activities, performance metrics, and other relevant data.
Skills:
1.Must be completed Bachelor's or Master's with specialization of electrical engineering or Diploma ITI students.
2.Deep understanding of various printer types (laser, inkjet, etc.), their components (print heads, fusers, etc.), and how they function.
3.Ability to diagnose and repair electronic issues, including software and firmware problems.
5.Familiarity with printer software, drivers, firmware updates, and basic network configurations & operating systems such as Windows & macOS.
6.Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing printers.
7.Experience with basic networking & connectivity troubleshooting. ? Ability to read technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and schematics.
8.Excellent problem-solving & customer service skills.
9.Strong communication skills.
10.Keen learner & adaptability & quick thinking.
11.Willingness to travel for on-site services & installations.
Please Note: You have to travel anywhere in India anytime & at the time of exhibition as well only through company's expenses for minimum 4-5 days. In
