- Troubleshoot product performance issues and provide solutions to customers
- Conduct product testing and provide technical reports to customers
- Work closely with R&D and production teams to develop new products and improve existing products
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers on product applications and usage
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including product specifications, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop technical content for marketing materials and presentations
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with customers and peers
